The inspection scope is tailored to the property and the questions that need to be answered. Testing is not automatically required in every situation.

We document the reported history, affected areas and any prior maintenance or water events.
2. Site Assessment
We evaluate visible conditions, moisture patterns, building materials and potential contributing factors.
3. Targeted Testing
When appropriate, we develop a question-driven air, surface or material sampling strategy.
4. Written Findings
Clients receive organized observations, laboratory results when applicable and clear next-step considerations.
Laboratory and Technical Resources
Sampling is selected according to the purpose of the assessment and submitted to an appropriate independent laboratory. Laboratory selection may vary by test type, location and project needs.
