Environmental Partners & Resources
Learn how Vanguard’s professional credentials, independent laboratory relationships, documented sampling process, and customer resources support clear building-side environmental decisions.
Transparency About Credentials and Laboratory Analysis
Environmental work may involve several distinct roles. Vanguard evaluates accessible property conditions, determines whether sampling is appropriate, documents collection, and explains findings within the agreed building-side scope.
When samples are submitted, independent laboratories perform the requested analysis and issue laboratory reports. The laboratory result is then considered alongside property history, collection location, inspection observations, moisture conditions, and method limitations.
Samples are most useful when they answer a defined question and are interpreted within the conditions under which they were collected.

Clear role boundaries help clients understand who collected a sample, who analyzed it, and how findings should be used.
Laboratories operate independently and issue their own reports. Vanguard does not control laboratory analytical procedures, quality systems, reporting formats, or turnaround times.
Listing a laboratory does not mean that laboratory endorses, sponsors, certifies, owns, or is owned by Vanguard.
A laboratory may be selected based on requested analysis, collection method, project needs, availability, or agreed scope. Not every laboratory is used on every project.
Vanguard explains results within the property scope. Environmental reports are not medical diagnoses, medical advice, engineering opinions, or guarantees of health outcomes.
